Once the story of the need is told to potential donors, we needed a seamless way for donors to provide support. The donation management feature allows the client to create multiple donation campaigns from general, always-on, campaigns to specific campaigns for families in immediate crisis. The donation engine can also be used to create sponsorships and fundraising for events.

A database of donors can be managed by the client and an integration to email marketing services helps the client thank and continue to engage donors going forward.

Donors have access to their donation history as well as a self-service way to download donation receipts and year-end donation summaries to assist in tax preparation.
